The Beckhams nanny quits

     London: The Beckhams nanny has reportedly quit after a row with Victoria Beckham, who was furious with the former for chatting with a woman, once linked to the soccer star. According to Newsoftheworld Victoria was informed by her sister Louise that she had spotted the couple's childminder Abigail Gibson chatting with Dannielle Heath, Victoria's ex-beautician who last year claimed that she had a fling with Becks, at a nightclub. Posh immediately rang Abigail and sparked a row that ended with the nanny resigning in tears. "Abigail is heartbroken. She loves Brooklyn and Romeo and they love her, but it looks like they might never see her again," an insider was quoted by the paper as saying. Abigail is now the third member of the Beckhams' household staff to quit in the last four months, after their butler and housekeeper.

Robbie William fancies women's clothes (Go To Top)

     London: Robbie Williams has preserved all the women' s clothes he wore when he appeared as a transvestite for the British charity comedy show 'Little Britain'. Williams took the women 's outfit home with him and hasn't given it back to the costumes department. Matt Lucas, the comedian who appeared with him in the show, has revealed that the singer was keen to wear the clothes and looked stunning in them. "He couldn't get into that dress fast enough. I thought he was simply dashing as a lady", Femalefirst quoted him as saying. The 'Angels' singer filmed the sketch earlier this year, appearing with Lucas and comedy partner David Walliams in the famed 'rubbish transvestite' sketches and Robbie begins to fancy female attire when he wanders into a store run by cross-dressing characters Emily and Florence who convince him to put on the dress after which he exclaims, "I do feel really comfortable dressed like this. I feel myself for the first time. I'm a lay- dee!"

Michael Douglas goes under the knife again (Go To Top)

     London: Hollywood star Michael Douglas was reportedly spotted with a scar around his ear sparking rumours that he had undergone plastic surgery. According to the Sun, the Basic Instinct star was seen with his wife Catherine Zeta Jones in Barbados after dining with two friends at the Caribbean isle's posh Cliff eaterie. "Michael looked like he had cuts around his ears. He had flown off the island on Monday evening, then returned the next afternoon with the plaster and scars," an onlooker was quoted by the Sun as saying. "He didn't have them when he left on Monday -so whatever he had done must have taken place on Monday night. He did look very strange," he added. It's not the first time the Oscar-winner has gone under the knife. He was reported to have had an operation to tighten the skin around his eyes before his wedding to glamorous Catherine five years ago.

Oprah too preoccupied with herself to care for her boyfriend (Go To Top)

    Washington: Talk show queen Oprah Winfrey who stunned onlookers by her new slim look at this years Oscars has sparked rumours that she may have split with her long time boyfriend Stedman Graham. Friends of the celebrity reportedly feel that Oprah has become too preoccupied with herself after all the attention she's getting for her new body and doesn't have time for Stedman, who stood by her for almost two decades. "She couldn't wait to parade herself at the Oscars and get all those compliments from bigshot friends like Jamie Foxx and Tom Cruise," a friend of the star was quoted by StarMagazine. "She's soaked them up. I think it's the first time that she has felt really good about herself physically. Every compliment meant less time for Stedman," he added.

'Crocodile Dundee' knife up for grabs (Go To Top)

     London: The knife used by Hollywood star Paul Hogan in the 1986 hit movie 'Crocodile Dundee' will be put up for auction in June this year and is expected to fetch a price of between 7-15,000 dollars. "This is the perfect opportunity to obtain a piece of cinematic history," femalefirst quoted a spokesman for the Sydney branch of auctioneers Bonhams & Goodman as saying. However, to ensure on-set safety, the blade to be auctioned will be made of mock aluminum, the auctioneers said. The scene in the movie, in which Hogan dismisses a mugger saying - "That's not a knife - this is a knife" - had made Hogan as well as the knife very popular.

Ashton Kutcher , Demi Moore have a blast on Kabbalah holiday (Go To Top)

     Washington: Ashton Kutcher and Demi Moore had a blast on Kabbalah's annual Purim carnival, skipping all the religious frills, and celebrating with Heineken beer frothing over in beer mugs instead of Kabbalah water on March 24. Flouting the traditional costume for the festive Jewish holiday, Ashton just donned a white suit, while pregnant Demi, 42, wore a long black overcoat paired with a large, baby bump blocking purse. The couple entered the Centre just after 11 p.m. -- missing the Hebrew prayer service -- and headed to the party, where the rwo devoured a buffet of traditional Israeli food and danced to disco music until 3:30 a.m. All in all , the event was a pleasant diversion for Demi, who is reportedly feeling the pressure of becoming a mom in the coming months. "Demi's a bit overwhelmed by it all.She's half giddy with excitement and half a bundle of nerves. She's like, 'What am I doing with my life?'A lot of it has to do with her being older and having kids. But she and Ashton are fine. It's just a lot for her to deal with", Star magazine quoted a friend of Moore as saying.
