Brad Pitt goes hotel hopping to escape shutterbugs (Go To Top)

According to the New York Post, he had been staying at the Beverly Hills Hotel after photographers surrounded his new house in Malibu, but he switched to the Sunset Marquis later. Nicole Kidman the 'most believable' actress (Go To Top)

Sydney: Nicole Kidman might have had tough competition from her contemporaries to play the leading role in 'The Interpreter', but Sydney Pollack picked Kidman because she was the "most believable" of all. According to News.com, Naomi Watts and Oscar winner Charlize Theron were among those short-listed to play United Nations interpreter Silvia Broome. "Everything about Nicole is a plus in this. Her slight aloofness, sometimes. The sense of privacy or aloneness, a little bit of aristocracy that she has and a certain exoticness, foreignness, for Americans anyway. She also provides a believability that she would hold two passports and would be quite international. They all seemed quite right for Nicole," Pollack said. X

Keira to learn American accent to get more roles (Go To Top)

London: Keira Knightley does not want to be typecast in Brit roles and this is one reason why she is perfecting her American accent. "If you can do an American accent as a British actor then the likelihood is that more work will be open to you. As an actor what you want to do is change. I don't want to play the same character for my entire career, that would be supremely boring. As a British actor in Hollywood you get typecast very easily, if you're lucky," Fox news quoted as saying.

Julia Roberts finds joy at Paul Newman's camp (Go To Top)

Washington: Julia Roberst played a volunteer counsellor at Paul Newman's camp for sick children. "Paul's such an inspiration... and we all reap the happiness of it. All anybody wants is a little bit of freedom to move and a whole lotta love to feel secure to move around in. And that's what camp is. It's just fresh air and love and lemonade...," Contact music quoted her as saying. "You think it's about doing something for other people but in the final tally of it all you just leave so heavy with joy and the love that you got and the friendships that you made. It's really one of the happiest places. The buoyancy; you could just float," she added.
