Charles, Camilla inundated with 'poison pen' letters

     London: Prince Charles and his newly wed bride Camilla have reportedly been sent hundreds of 'poison pen' letters rebuking their marriage. More than 900 'poison pen' correspondence arrived at Clarence House from all over the country around the time of their wedding two weeks ago, reports the DailyMail. The attacks will come as a blow to Charles, who is hoping his wife will become more popular with the public now the couple are married. Courtiers are hoping that response to the marriage will become more positive as Prince Charles takes Camilla on a nationwide tour to greet the public. However, a royal aide said it was disappointing that so many people had written in to protest but pointed out that many more had posted messages of support.

George Michael makes a comeback (Go To Top)

     London: For all George Michael fans, this would come as good news, as the Careless Whisper's singer will be back with a new album by the end of the year. Micahel's partner Kenny Goss has confirmed that he is busy working on his new album of duets. "George is busy with his new album. He wants to get it done by the end of the year, so he hasn't been out much," contact music quoted him as saying. Michael was reportedly fed up of the mediocre sounding record labels, last year and had decided that 'Patience' would be his last album.

Julia Roberts' twins tire her out (Go To Top)

     London: 'America's Sweetheart' Julia Roberts who gave birth to twins in November last year has revealed that it can be tiring looking after twins. "I am tired. I get up in the middle of the night so they can sleep," the actress was quoted by Ananova as saying, at a benefit concert for Paul Newman's Hole in the Wall Gang charity. Roberts, who is married to cameraman Daniel Moder gave birth to twins Phinnaeus and Hazel last year.

Arnie's PMS joke doesn't go down well with women (Go To Top)

     London: Hollywood action man Arnold Schwarzenegger has irked female radio listeners after he cracked a joke about women 'bitching and whining'. According to Femalefirst, Schwarzenegger angered women listeners when he mockingly told DJ Howard Stern that he had developed a cure for pre-menstrual syndrome. "If we get rid of the moon, women, whose menstrual cycles are governed by the moon, will not get PMS. They will stop bitching and whining," he said on the show. The 'Terminator' star, who is now governor of California, is already involved in a legal battle with British TV presenter Anna Richardson, who sued him for sexual harassment.

Jane Fonda turns to FBI to write her memoirs (Go To Top)

     Washington: Famous Hollywood actress Jane Fonda flipped through the pages of the secret files that The American Bureau of Investigation kept on her to find material for her autobiography 'My Life So Far'. She says that the FBI files helped her recall some important moments from her past, which had otherwise faded from her memory. "I had 22,000 pages of FBI records that I got from the Freedom of Information Act and so if I forgot anything I could just go into my file and check ," contactmusic quoted her as saying.
