Brando's obsession with Asian women revealed (Go To Top)

     London: Hollywood legend Marlon Brando's autobiographical novel about an overweight lothario, obsessed with Asian women is to be published for the first time, a year after his death. Fan-Tan is set in 1920s Hong Kong. Its hero, based on the actor himself, falls for a Chinese lady pirate. In 1982, American publisher, Sonny Mehta, paid an advance of 100,000 dollars for the book, but it was never completed and Brando returned the advance. The manuscript emerged again after Brando's death last July, and the Brando and Cammell estates offered it to Mr Mehta once more, according to the Telegraph. Like the novel's hero, Brando was grotesquely fat, weighing more than 20st when he died in Los Angeles, and was fascinated by Asian women and the East. The actor wrote Fan-Tan 30 years ago in collaboration with the Scottish film director Donald Cammell.

Jessica Simpson has no butt-double in The Dukes Of Hazzard (Go To Top)

     London: Beautiful singer and actress Jessica Simpson has said, that filmmakers did not use any butt-double on the sets of The Dukes of Hazzard, and the beautiful butt shown in the movie is her own. The stylish actress was expected to fit in Daisy Dukes' skintight hotpants in the remake of the classic 1970s TV series, and she says she successfully managed it with a lot of hard work at the gym. "I didn't have a butt double, I promise," Contactmusic.com quoted her as telling Hollywood Life magazine. "That's my butt. I worked hard for it. I was sore for it every day," she added. The Dukes Of Hazzard will be released on August 26.

     London: Harry Potter may suffer pangs of unrequited love in his latest movie, Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire, but off screen actress Katie Leung, who plays his love interest Cho Chang in the film, shares a great rapport with actor Daniel Radcliffe In the film Cho Chang turns down Harry when he asks her to the Yule Ball, choosing instead to go with school heart-throb Cedric Diggory but in real life the two get on quite well. "When we weren't filming we usually had to study. But when we did have time, we definitely hung out together. We would try to hang out at the weekends," Katie was quoted by the Mirror, as saying. "Daniel's so well-mannered and he really cares about you. He's always asking, 'Are you all right? Can I get you water?' she added.

Kidman to pocket 16 million dollars for 'Invasion' (Go To Top)

     Washington: Aussie beauty Nicole Kidman will reportedly take home a whooping 16 million dollars for her role as a psychiatrist in upcoming movie "Invasion". The movie centres on an epidemic sweeping the human race, which greatly alters their behaviour, reports Conactmusic. After discovering that aliens are behind the invasion, Kidman's character battles to protect her son, who hold the key to halting the take over. The director of the movie claims that sci-fi series has turned out completely different from 'Invasion of the body snatchers' saga.

     London: Hollywood beauty Drew Barrymore's best friend is her pet pooch, who saved her from the clutches of death when her house caught fire. The sexy star revealed that she and her then fianci Tom Green were fast asleep in their Beverly Hills mansion when it caught on fire. As the blaze caught hold in the early hours of the morning, Drew's faithful dog, Flossie, ran upstairs and banged on their bedroom door with its tail until they woke up. "I'm not afraid of anything anymore. I remember I woke up in bed at home, and the house was on fire. My dog woke me up and saved my life," the actress was quoted by Femalefirst, as saying. "The only thing I could think of saving was my animals, nothing else mattered," she added. Meanwhile, the 30-year-old former wild child claims she likes nothing more than staying in and playing board games with friends.

     Washington: Actress Sienna Miller is rumoured to be six weeks pregnant with estranged fiance JUDE LAW's child. According to Contactmusic.com, the couple revealed the news to their parents just two days before the alleged affair of Law with his children's nanny went public. The couple split following the claims, and Law's confession that he enjoyed a month-long fling with Daisy Wright, 26, while filming movie ALL THE KING'S MEN in America last year . However, the British beauty reportedly met Jude Law for the first time last week in England, since 17 July (05), sparking speculation the couple are working to rescue their relationship. Miller has refused to comment on the pregnancy claims.

     Washington: Hollywood hunk Jude Law's pool table is being auctioned on the internet for a 2,880 dollars because the seller claims the actor had a sex romp with his children's nanny on it, during his engagement to actress Sienna Miller. According to Contactmusic, the star's former child minder Daisy Wright recently boasted that they enjoyed their most passionate moment on the Olhausen Emperor, which Law rented while filming All The King's men in New Orleans, Louisiana. "This is the one and only table that was rented by Jude's representative. It is in excellent condition and was only rented out once," the seller was quoted as saying.

     Washington: British beauty Sienna Miller reportedly met Jude Law for the first time last week, since 17 July (05) when the hunk admitted he had an affair with his children's nanny, sparking speculation the couple are working to save their relationship. Miller stopped wearing her engagement ring following Law's admission he enjoyed a month-long fling with DAISY WRIGHT, 26, three months after his romantic Christmas Day (04) proposal to the LAYER CAKE beauty. But she finally agreed to meet the COLD MOUNTAIN heart-throb at his retreat in England's rural Cotswolds region, amid reports of a reconciliation. "Jude and Sienna had a good talk. They both love each other, but Jude knows it will take a lot for Sienna to forgive him.      Washington: Aussie actress Nicole Kidman has revealed that she hates her lanky figure and envies her adopted daughter Isabella's curvaceous body. The OSCAR-winning actress hates her tall, slim body, and has always yearned for a shorter, more voluptuous physique like screen beauty MARILYN MONROE. "Oh God. I'd much prefer to have curves. My daughter is 5 foot 2 and curvy - she's everything I wanted to be," Kidman was quoted by Contactmusic, as saying. "I wish I wasn't 5 foot 11. I'd like to be 5 foot 2. I have always had trouble putting on weight. I'd like to be like Marilyn Monroe," she added.

Naomi Campbell vents her fury one more time (Go To Top)

     Washington: Italian-American actress Yvonne Scio is suing supermodel Naomi Campbell for assaulting her for wearing a similar dress. According to Contactmusic.com, Scio told police that she was rushed to hospital, after her friend of 12 years punched and kicked her at the Eden Hotel in Rome. She is filing a lawsuit against Campbell, claiming she is bed- ridden and will be out of work until she has recovered from her serious injuries. "This will be going to court and Naomi will have to appear. Yvonne is in bed in a lot of pain. She lost a lot of blood. She is an actress so she will not be able to work for a while. We will also be looking for loss of earnings," the report quoted Scio's lawyer Annamaria Bernardini De Pace as saying. A spokesperson for Naomi, however, said, "Naomi has been mistakenly dragged into a potential drama in Rome after an 'actress' and long-term acquaintance, Yvonne Scio made claims about a dispute. Naomi made it clear there had been 'a disagreement' in which she told Miss Scio that she was 'very disappointed a her behaviour and that she should go now'."

     London: Hollywood star Brad Pitt has quit smoking, after actress Angelina Jolie reportedly asked him to make a choice between sex and cigarettes. According to sources, Pitt has given up smoking under the threat of a sex ban by Jolie, who hates the smell of cigarettes. "It worked. Brad hasn't smoked for almost two weeks," femalefirst quoted an insider as saying to News of the World.
