Washington: Hollywood stars Hilary Swank and Kevin Costner have agreed to lend their voices to a feature film titled, 'On Native Soil: The Documentary of the 9/11 Commission Report'. "I was in lower Manhattan that horrible day. I was drawn to the project by the amazing stories of the 9/11 families and survivors featured in the film, and I am proud that by contributing my voice to the project. I can help their voices to be heard," Zap2It quoted Swank as saying to the Hollywood Reporter. The film to be directed by former NBC News producer Linda Ellman shows survival stories, the 9/11 Commission's final recommendations and interviews with the victims' families and government officials. "I saw this film in a rough cut and wanted to become involved. It's honest, it's serious and it's not political. This film tells stories every American will and should want to know," the report quoted Costner as saying. C

New York: Singer and reality TV star Jessica Simpson's new music video has sparked the ire of the Christian group, which attacked Paria Hilton for her raunchy Carl's JR fast food commercial. Members Of The Resistance attempted to ban Hilton's TV ad, in which she washed a car in skimpy attire while suggestively eating a burger and now they're upset with pastor's daughter Simpson for her These Boots Were Made For Walking. The video features the pop star dancing in high cut denim shorts and washing the DUKES OF HAZZARD's General Lee motor in her bikini. "It's disappointing to have Jessica join the ranks of the singing strippers," a spokesman for the group said.
