Angelina Jolie denies being Brad Pitt's love

     London: Angelina Jolie might have been blamed for the break-up of Brad Pitt and Jennifer Aniston but she denies any such involvement. According to DailyMail, she admitted she has two lovers on the go, but insists neither of them is Brad Pitt. She claimed she and Pitt were just good friends and denied reports that she was to blame for the collapse of his marriage to Friends star Jennifer Aniston. "I knew nothing about their marriage. All I know is they seem like wonderful people and wonderful friends," she was quoted as saying.

EBay to auction Pope's old car (Go To Top)

     London: A Volkswagon Golf car that was once own ed by Pope Benedict XVI has been put up for auction on eBay. Bidding has already reached 40,000 pounds and with two more days to go , the price is expected to go up. Before he became the Pope, cardinal Joseph Ratzinger had sold his car for 6,800 pounds to 21-year old Benjamin Halbe in January this year. According to Annanova, Halbe realized that following the election of the cardinal as Pope, there could be a market for his "pre- Pope mobile". He also produced papers to support his claim that the car once belonged to the Pope. The metallic grey coloured car is said to be in a good condition and has never met with an accident.

Angelina Jolie takes motorcycling lessons to help the poor (Go To Top)

     London: Tomb Raider star Angelina Jolie has proved that charity work forms an important part of her life. In her latest efforts the actress is taking motorcycling lessons to help the poor. According to The Sun, the actress has been learning to ride a 750cc MV Agusta Brutale. She plans to use her skills in her role as a UN ambassador, by delivering food aid to the needy in hard-to-reach areas. Angelina, 29, bought the bike at Red Dog Motorcyles in Edenbridge, Kent. "She's having lessons on land near her home in Buckinghamshire. She's a natural," a source was quoted by the Sun, as saying.

Sandra Bullock loves free food (Go To Top)

     London: "Speed" star Sandra Bullock reportedly loves doing publicity stints for her movies as she gets free food. "I love to act and I love to produce, and I'm excited to be doing work I want to do. I'm very lucky," the actress was quoted by Femalefirst as saying. "And when I come to meet the press to publicise my films, I get free food, so that's a day when I saved some money, which has to be a good thing!" she added. Meanwhile, Sandra who is a huge fan of Tina Turner believes that she may be related to the singer in some distant way. "When I was very little, people would say, 'What do you want to be when you grow up?' and I'd say, 'I want to be Tina Turner and play the bass guitar!' "And did you know her original last name was Bullock? Well, it was, so think about it, somewhere way back, Tina and I are family," she was quoted by Britain's Real magazine, as saying.
