Nicole Richie chooses Nicky Hilton over Paris

     London: One-time buddies Paris Hilton and Nicole Richie who have fallen out with each other seem to have moved on. Nicole has now chosen Paris' younger sister Nicky over her. According to Sky News, Nicole recently attended an event to celebrate the 25th anniversary of Cartier with Nicky. Paris and Nicole who also starred in a reality series, 'The Simple Life' spilt recently although neither of them revealed the cause of it. Rumours include Nicole being jealous of the media attention that Paris gets, another cites Nicole inviting Paris and their friends around to watch a DVD but putting on Paris' infamous sex video instead. But whatever the truth is, Paris told Heat magazine that they have fallen out for good and that Nicole won't be returning for the fourth season of 'Simple Life'.

David Beckham's 30th birthday bash (Go To Top)

     London: Real Madrid star David Beckham this week celebrated his 30th birthday with his family and friends. According to the Sun, Beckhams wife Victoria gazed at him lovingly as they posed for party photos. She also put together a video of her husband's greatest football moments to show celebrity guests, which included ex-Chelsea boss Gianluca Vialli, England striker Michael Owen, actress Liz Hurley and model Elle Macpherson. The star-studded 250,000 pounds party was organised by Victoria at the Buddha Bar in Madrid and went on until 6.30 the next morning, giving Beckham just three hours to sleep before training with his Real Madrid teammates.

Paris Hilton has 600 pets (Go To Top)

     London: Hotel heiress, who is known for her love for pets, especially dogs, has revealed that she has as many as 600 pets in her various homes. "I do know their names. I have Tyson the rottweiler, Tinkerbell's a chihuahua and Bambi's another one. I also have a ferret called Rascal," the Sun quoted Hilton as saying. Last year Hilton had enraged pop singer Britney Spears by saying that her dog Tinkerbell was much better than Britneys Bit-Bit.

    London: The pop princess of U.S and worldwide, Britney Spears seems to be having a hard time with her pregnancy. The singer was recently rushed to the hospital again after she complained of severe stomach spasms. Britney was reportedly taken to hospital on May 9 for emegency tests after she complained about stomach aches while playing with Kevin's two-year old daughter Kori. "Britney started to look unwell and began holding her stomach as she was playing with Kori. She immediately called Kevin." Femalefirst quoted an insider saying. After 90-minutes of tests, doctors gave an all-clear report to Britney and advised her to take it easy with her work and life. Last week, doctors feared the 23-old blonde would suffer a miscarriage, when she was admitted to the hospital with a lot of pain. It was later found that there was a premature separation of her placenta from her uterus, but fortunately the foetus was declared safe.

     London: Columbian pop diva Shakira had a narrow escape recently, when the plane she was travelling in was evacuated after a bomb scare. Travelling with her current beau Antonio de la Rua, the son of former Argentine president Fernando de la Rua, Shakira was in Istanbul to film a German television show. The incident occurred at Istanbul's Kemal Ataturk airport, from where the plane with 140 other passengers, including Shakira and Antonio, was about to fly to the popular Turkish resort of Antalya. The plane eventually took off after a two-hour delay, Femalefirst reported.

Russell Crowe to counsel Prince Harry (Go To Top)

    London: Hollywood super star Russell Crowe is reportedly counselling troubled Prince Harry who has attracted the attention of the media for all the wrong reasons recently. Harry has been puclically exposed in several acts of misbehaviour whether it is his booze binges or wearing a Nazi outfit to a fancy dress paty. According to The Sun, the 'Gladiator' star has become firm pen pals with the Prince and Russell reckons he makes the perfect mentor because he understands what Harry is going through.

Charlotte Church fumes over topless internet photo (Go To Top)

     Washington: Teen soprano Charlotte Church has reportedly gone ballistic after alleged topless snaps of her appeared on the Internet. While admitting that she had messaged sexy texts and photos to her current boyfriend Gavin Henson's mobile phone just for fun, she said that she had not sent any topless images. "Yes, his phone was stolen, but no, I never sent a topless photo." contactmusic.com quoted Church as saying. "I did send him one of me with my bra on, but the one that's going around is doctored - it's my head on somebody else's body," Church fumed.
