Yoga, massage booths popular at Star Health Fair in Kuala Lumpur

Kuala Lumpur: The yoga and massage booths have attracted a number of visitors at the Star Health Fair organized at the MidValley Exhibition Centre in Kuala Lumpur. The Malaysian Association of Yoga Instructors booth saw visitors streaming in for seeking tips for tired muscles, aches and pains. According to the Star, Yoga instructor Yong Lee Yan said that most visitors asked for ways to ease shoulder and back aches. She also demonstrated the shoulder socket rotation, as well as stretch pose over 20 times to over 100 visitors. The Society of the Blind in Malaysia was another exhibitor that provided much-needed relief to visitors by offering massage and reflexology services for a fee. Shahaizat Shahrin, owner of Ainur Blind Massage Therapy Centre, said that foot reflexology was very popular and many of his customers had trawled the shopping malls prior to the fair. A total of 77 exhibitors have taken part in the Star Health Fair, which ends today.
