| Spiritual leader Sadhguru undergoes emergency brain operation for bleeding in Delhi hospital

NEW DELHI, Mar 20: Spiritual leader and founder of the Isha Foundation, Sadhguru
Jaggi Vasudev has undergone an emergency brain operation in a private hospital
in Delhi.
He was admitted to Apollo Hospital following a swelling and multiple bleeding
in the brain. In a statement on Wednesday, the Isha Foundation said that following
severe headache Sadhguru underwent an MRI scan on March 15 which showed bleeding
in the brain and he was hospitalised. The surgery was done on March 17. It said
the 66-year-old spiritual guru is recovering and his health situation is stable.
Dr Vinit Suri, who led the surgery, stated that Sadhguru has shown steady progress,
and his brain, body, and vital parameters have improved to normal levels."
