Kanpur:At least two people were feared killed in a blast that occurred at a Public Health Centre at Barasirohi in Uttar Pradesh's Kanpur District on Thursday afternoon. The health centre collapsed after the blast, and latest reports
say around eleven people are trapped in the debris. The Anti-Terror Squad (ATS)
is reported to be on its way to Kanpur to probe the blast. The police, however,
has ruled out the terror angle in the blast.
