Bangalore to host India-Russia-China talks on October 29, 2009
Bangalore:
Russian Foreign Minister
Sergei Lavrov and Chinese Foreign Minister Yang Jiechi will arrive here to participate
in the Ninth Trilateral Meeting of foreign ministers of India-Russia-China to
be held on October 29, 2009. External Affairs Minister S.M. Krishna will be hosting
the fifth standalone meeting of Foreign Ministers of India-Russia-China. The last
two meetings were held in Yekaterinburg , Russia in 2008 and Harbin , China in
2007. At the forthcoming meeting in Bengaluru, the three foreign ministers will
discuss regional and international issues and will explore ways of strengthening
trilateral cooperation.
