New Delhi:India on Thursday proposed foreign secretary level talks with Pakistan and said a key issue that could be discussed is counter-terrorism. All other relevant
issues would also be discussed, claimed sources. They added that India would
approach
the talks with a positive frame of mind to create an atmosphere of peace and stability
in the region. "We won't pre-judge the outcome of talks," the sources said.
