New Delhi:The meeting of the South Asian Association for Regional Cooperation (SAARC) Interior / Home Ministers conference, which was scheduled to be held in Islamabad from February
26 to 28 has been postponed. The decision was taken as the Nepalese Home
Minister
Bhim Rawal expressed his unavailability to the announced dates. Union Home
Minister
P. Chidambaram was scheduled to hold bilateral discussions with his Pakistani
counterparts on the sidelines of the summit. The fresh dates are being finalised
with consultations with all concerned nations.
