Imphal:The Advocate General of Manipur, Nongmeikapam Kotiswar Singh , was injured in a militant attack last evening. According to sources, militants opened fire on
Singh as he was returning to Imphal along with Works Minister Ranjit Singh and
Tribal Minister D D Thaisi from Ukhrul after attending a function there. Singh
was hit by bullets on his chest and arm. His condition is stated to be serious.
