fight against Congress AICC General Secretary Rahul Gandhi to a new level by renaming his parliamentary bastion Amethi. Mayawati reportedly has to merely issue a
notification
to fulfill her seven-year-old ambition. The Uttar Pradesh Government's standing
counsel Devendra Upadhyay has made it clear that Mayawati's plans may well
become
reality through a notification under Section 11 of the Uttar Pradesh Land Revenue
Act.
