of the animals. "We have started these prayers for the animals in this zoo. We
are praying for their well being and long life," said Mahesh Dutt Shastri, a priest.
The civic agency removed 25 zoo employees, including the superintendent and zoo
in-charge for negligence of duty, after the death of animals including that of
