Seema Devi, a tourist from Uttar Pradesh. On Friday, cold wave continued to grip
Srinagar as the temperature dipped to nine degrees Celsius. Even though the cold
wave kept the locals indoors, tourists were seen enjoying the weather immensely.
Locals could be seen huddled together around fire on roads warming up themselves.
"It is a lot of fun in Kashmir during winters. A lot of tourists coming from different
parts of the country and residents are enjoying the weather," said Ghulam Hassan
