Kingfisher launches Guwahati-Imphal direct flights
Imphal:
Kingfisher Airlines today announced the launch
of direct flights from Guwahati to Imphal. The airlines
will fly three flights a week on Tuesdays, Thursdays
and Saturdays at very convenient times for day-return
travelers. The flight schedule will also offer convenient
connections for guests traveling from Imphal to Kolkata
and in the return direction as well. With the launch
of this service, Kingfisher Airlines will connect
27 cities with 153 flights a day. Commenting on the
new launch, Dr. Vijay Mallya, Chairman and CEO, Kingfisher
Airlines Limited said, "Kingfisher Airlines has re-defined
the experience of flying and has come to be regarded
as an airline that sets new benchmarks in service
excellence for the industry. Through the launch of
this new route, Kingfisher Airlines re-affirms its
