Coriander juice for improving weak eyesight

New Delhi: Coriander can be of immense use to improve weak eyesight. The Central Council for Research in Ayurveda and Siddha under the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare claims if a small quantity of Dhanyaka leaf (or, coriander) juice is taken with honey it can have positive effect on eyesight. Two to three teaspoons (7-14 milliliter ml.) coriander juice with 5-10 gram honey can help in improving eyesight. It can especially benefit children and professionals who spend long hours before the computers. The juice can also benefit the old people with blurred vision and who complain of inability to thread a needle.
