secrets of British bras revealed! London:
In a lifetime, an average British woman spends 2,700 pounds on bras - but
only bothers to wash them six times a year. That's the conclusion of a new survey.
According to the study, which was carried out for Dr Beckmann, the firm behind
stain removal product Lingerie Whitener, an average woman wears her bra seven
times over an eight-week period before washing it, The Daily Express reported.
White is the most popular colour, followed by red and then black, the survey of
over 2,000 women aged 20 to 65 found. The average woman owns 16 bras, the study
also found.
