Racist gets life for murdering Sikh in London

     London: An Albanian national has been awarded life imprisonment in London for beating an Asian businessman to death and injuring his friend, after one the victims called him a "white bastard". The Manchester Crown Court delivered the order after the final hearing. Albanian Marjan Semaj (22) was in a gang who hit Bob Singh, 31, with a stick and a bottle and stamped on his head, because the victim was moving with a group of white friends. The attack happened after a man called Singh's friends "white bastards" in a takeaway. Semaj left, but returned and attacked Singh of New Moston, Greater Manchester, and his pals, even as one pal suffered a fractured skull. According to The Sun, the police traced Semaj after an appeal on the BBC's Crimewatch. He was identified from video footage of a party at a local club on the night of the attack. Meanwhile, detectives were still trying to trace Albanians Emirjan Hysaj (29), Alfred Kurti (21), and Artan Hysaj (28).
