Aniston and Cox gang up against Pitt

Washington: Former 'Friends' actress Jennifer Aniston is reportedly starting a movie production company in partnership with her close pal Courtney Cox, against the one she co-founded with her ex-husband Brad Pitt. Aniston, who seems to be no-longer interested in 'Plan B', a company she created with Pitt, is said to be forging ahead with preparations to make her re-entry into the business realm with Cox by her side with greater aplomb. "She and Courteney are going to produce award-winning movies. This will be an equal partnership with just the two of them and they'll be great together," Contactmusic quoted a source as saying. Cox and her husband David Arquette already have a production company of their own, which focuses on developing TV projects.

Sylvester Stallone is back as 'Rocky Balboa'  (Go To Top)

London: Hollywood actor Sylvester Stallone has confirmed his plans to star in and direct the fifth sequel to the boxing classic 'Rocky', with production scheduled to begin in Los Angeles in December. The 59-year-old star, who had been getting knocked back by studios for years, recently published cartoon-like storyboards in his men's health magazine, "Sly" and finally got a positive response to start his long pending project, reports Femalefirst quoting the Production Weekly website. In the new sequel 'Rocky VI' Stallone's famous boxing character, 'Rocky Balboa', is now a restaurant owner, grieving over the death of his wife, and decides to fight off loneliness by returning to the ring to fight. When reigning heavyweight champion Mason Dixon hears Rocky has returned to the sport, he offers him a big pay-day - if he'll step in the ring with him for a fight of the ages. Meanwhile, Stallone is also getting in shape for another sequel, Rambo IV, which will be shot early next year (06). The action man will be 60 when both films are released.

Rolling Stones keep a 'Heart Start Machine' handy (Go To Top)

London: Rolling Stones have rocked the world for more than four decades, and even today they are going strong, and will continue doing so even in the future - thanks to a Heart Start Machine backstage in case a member collapses while performing. Organisers of the US tour have reportedly brought in a defibrillator, used to shock the heart back into a normal rhythm. With the help of this new device, doctors would be able to treat the ageing rockers (Mick Jagger, 62, Ronnie Wood, 58, Keith Richards, 61, Charlie Watts, 64) immediately if any of them fell ill on stage. "With all four band members now veterans, their managers are not taking any chances," the Sun quoted a source as saying to American magazine Globe. A spokesperson, however, played down the report, and said: "I've never seen a defibrillator backstage."

Madonna is a manic mum (Go To Top)

London: Pop diva Madonna has revealed that she is a strict mum, and takes her kids to task when they don't behave in a disciplined manner. She said that her film director husband Guy Ritchie, however, is quite lenient, and they run a 'good cop, bad cop' system at their home. "I'm the disciplinarian, Guy's the spoiler. When Daddy gets home, they get chocolate. I'm more practical. I worry about their teeth, and make sure they're taking care of themselves and getting schoolwork done. That's not my husband's area. He's the fun guy," the Mirror quoted Madonna as saying. Their two children - daughter Lourdes, nine, and son Rocco, four - are banned from watching TV and eat a dairy-free diet. "TV is poison. I was raised without it and didn't miss anything. My kids don't watch it. We have televisions but they're not hooked up to anything but movies. We don't have magazines or newspapers in the house, either," Madonna said. If the kids leave their clothes on the floor, they end up in a bin bag, and if they throw tantrums over what to wear, they have to wear the same outfit every day, until they get a lesson. "My daughter has a problem picking things up in her room. So if you leave your clothes on the floor, we put them in a bin bag. She has to earn them back by being tidy," said Madonna.

Meet the man who had a woman's orgasm (Go To Top)

London: Most women spend their entire lives waiting for one, and till they don't they fake it, but how about a man, who under deep hypnosis, claims he had a woman's orgasm, and it was far more pleasurable than what men normally experience. According to The Sun, the amazing incident happened to writer Simeon de la Torre, who experienced pregnancy and childbirth as part of an experiment for a magazine, and had an orgasm when his therapist took him back to the point of conception to see if he could have an orgasm like wife. "Nicola told me to imagine I was Clare and we were making love. I started to feel a bit odd, then was getting warmer and warmer. "The climax appeared to come from within. I did not shout, 'Oh my god'. But I experienced a glorious, glowing, female orgasm. "Waves of euphoria radiated over me from the pit of my stomach to my toes as a gleeful smile spread across my face. It was longer, gentler and distinctly different to the juddering knee-tremblers I usually have. And, unfortunately chaps, it was better. Now I want to do it again," the paper quoted him, as saying.

Paris Hilton's 'life' is not 'simple' anymore (Go To Top)

London: Hotel heiress Paris Hilton's TV show, 'The Simple Life' has been cancelled by Fox, after it's two main stars refused to patch up their strained relationship. "In January, we have to accommodate 2-1/2 hours of new programming with '24' and 'American Idol,'" The New Yorkquoted Fox officials as saying in a statement. The television reportedly cancelled the fourth series of the show, as both Paris Hilton and Nicole Richie were in such a cat- fight that they didn't even bear the sight of each other, and hence, they no longer proved to be compatible together. "Fox executives were freaking out because their two stars can't stand each other," the paper quoted a production source as saying. The show debuted in 2003, and featured Hilton and Richie trying to survive in the land of hillbillies.
