Several hurt as inebriated driver brings train to sudden halt

     Firozabad: Several people were injured, two of them seriously, when the driver of a passenger train abruptly applied emergency brakes near Korara Rrailway station, about 30 kms from Firozabad. Passengers of the Etawah-bound train later told the police that they had assaulted the train driver after he was found to be in a drunken state. Superintendent of Oolice Anand Swarup told reporters that the incident had resulted in a temporary disruption of railway traffic.
