Moscow:
Indian External Affairs Minister Natwar Singh, who is
in Moscow to co-chair the Indo Russian Inter Governmental
Cooperation meeting, will meet Pakistan Prime Minister Shaukat
Aziz on the sidelines of the Shanghai Cooperation Organisation

countries were given the observer status at the SCO summit
held in Asthana, the capital of Kazakhstan, in July. Singh
told ANI that he would seize the opportunity to talk to Aziz
on the sidelines of the SCO meeting and express India's deep
sympathy for the human loss in the October 8 earthquake in
the northern parts of Pakistan and reiterate its readiness
to help the country in the massive relief and rehabilitation
efforts. India had proposed to open its borders at three designated
points Tangdhar, Tithwal and Chakan da Bagh (in Poonch) -
to provide relief to the people of PoK with a large part of
the area still remained inaccessible, while Pakistan had suggested
