The 12 commandments of Hitler's bible

       London: Nazi chief Adolf Hitler apparently re-wrote the Bible and changed the ten commandments to suit the Third Reich's need. To be more precise, he even added two more to take them to a total of 12. Titled 'Germans with God', the bible was aimed at boosting the Nazi vision of a thousand year Reich and 100,000 volumes were published. While new commandments like "Honour your Fuhrer" and "Keep the blood pure and your honour holy" were included, traces of all words which had Jewish origin like Hallelujah and Jehovah, as well as all sentiments of compassion were erased. Two of the commandments "Thou shalt not kill" and "Thou shalt not steal" were scrapped altogether. According to The Mirror, Hitler ordered race theorists to rewrite the Bible so he could harness the power of the religion to augment his Nazi cause. Thousands of churches received copies in 1941, which were destroyed by faithful Christians. Only one copy has been found till date and that too in the dusty archives of the church offices in Hamburg.

Gibson to scrub toilets at rehab centre (Go To Top)

     Washington: It seems Mel Gibson's stint at rehab centre for his alchohol addiction might take him through hell, as he will reportedly have to clean toilets while undergoing treatment. Gibson was admitted to Malibu's Passages rehab centre after being caught drink driving last month. "Mel will be going through hell, believing his entire world has crashed. "Everyone has a daily commitment to perform. For the first week, that always means scrubbing the toilets until they shine", Contactmusic quoted a former resident, as saying. However, the ex-patient insisted that though the treatment is extremely tough,it yields fruitful results in the end. "If Mel sticks to his 12-step programme, admits his faults to God - or a power greater than himself - and surrenders totally, then his recovery can begin again. "Passages has a fantastic success record with some of the savviest experts on hand to guide him through that early misery", he said.

It's finally over for Jude and Sienna (Go To Top)

      Washington: Hollywood actor Jude Law has reportedly ended his relationship with Sienna Miller for good, because she can't get over his affair with his children's nanny, according to a friend of the actress. Miller broke off the couple's engagement last year after a newspaper exposed Law's fling with Daisy Wright. They have since reunited and Miller is ready to finally tie the knot. But her make-up artist friend Lizabeth Stewart claims she is still bitter about the affair and the Alfie actor has had enough. "Sienna had come round to forgiving Jude and wanted to get married. She wanted to make the relationship happen, to get back to where they were. But she wanted Jude to understand that if they ever had a row, it's pretty likely she would bring it up. His affair will always be a sore that never completely heals," a source was quoted by Contactmusic, as saying. "The first thing Sienna has to admit is that she can never put the pain of the affair completely out of her mind. The agony of those dark days following Jude's affair will never go away. She wishes that she could have her memory erased. But even if she could forget, everyone else couldn't," she added.

Daniel Craig has a fear of heights (Go To Top)

      Washington: British actor Daniel Craig, who plays 007 for the first time in this year's 'Casino Royale', confessed his fear when he had to shoot a scene on top of a 200ft crane. However, the 38-year-old blond actor insists that he overcame his fear to complete the particular scene. "It was borderline fun and fear. But there was no time for my fear of heights. You just have to do it," Contactmusic quoted him as saying. Craig was also required to fight a bad guy on a staircase, which the actor admits he found more scary. "That sequence is particularly difficult because we rehearsed on the flat and had to film it on the stairs. "I have definitely put a few demons to bed," he explained. He previously admitted he hates guns and drinking martinis, gets seasick and suffers from prickly heat. He also annoyed the 007 producers by complaining the expensive Aston Martin he drove in the film was not an automatic. 'Casino Royale' is set to be released on November 17.

Lohan wants to do a Monroe in Iraq (Go To Top)

     New York: 'Freaky Friday' star Lindsay Lohan is planning to follow in Marilyn Monroe's footsteps, by going to Iraq to entertain the troops. "I wanted to do what Marilyn Monroe did, when she went and just set up a stage and did a concert for the troops all by herself. It's so amazing seeing that one woman just going somewhere, this beautiful sex kitten, who's basically a pinup, which is what I've always aspired to be", the New York Post quoted her, as saying. Lohan has revealed that she and Hillary Clinton have been planning a trip to the Middle-East country since a long time now. She has further said that though the trip has been getting delayed due to security reasons, she has now made up her mind to plan a show in Iraq even if Clinton doesn't accompany her "I've been trying to go to Iraq with Hillary Clinton for so long - Hillary was trying to work it out, but it seemed too dangerous", she said. "I'm not afraid of going. My security guard is going to take me to a gun range when I get back to L.A., and I'm going to start taking shooting lessons", she added.

Janet won't stop stripping till 80 (Go To Top)

      Washington: In one of the most promising revelations for her fans, Janet Jackson has affirmed that she will not stop her steamy photo shoots till she's 80. "When I'm 80... That's when I'll call it quits", Contactmusic quoted her, as saying. The 40-year-old singer, who recently lost 60 pounds, has posed topless for the cover of Vibe magazine. Jackson is wearing a skimpy bikini bottom and a necklace made of large shells with her right arm covering her breasts on the publication's front cover. Meanwhile, Jackson referred to her infamous 2004 'wardrobe malfunction', in which she exposed one of her breasts during a live duet with Justin Timberlake as history. "It's just over and done with. It's old. It's the past. It's history. I'm onto something new. Everybody got their licks in - those who wanted to - and it's done", she said.
