Forecasters are expecting landfall around midday on Wednesday. Severe Cyclonic Storm Nisarga formed Tuesday afternoon local time in the Arabian Sea and has its sights set on the western India coastline and specifically the metropolis of Mumbai, the country's financial center and home to more than 18 million people.
