Polish tourist heading for Taj, taxi driver killed in car crash in Haryana
While the taxi coming from Manesar side rear-ended a broken-down dumper truck at Palwal on the Kundli-Manesar-Palwal (KMP) Expressway, another speeding truck coming from behind collided the taxi and crushed it.
NEW DELHI, Feb 20: A Polish tourist and the taxi driver were killed when their
car was involved in a mutiple collision in Palwal in Haryana on the Kundli-Manesar-Palwal
(KMP) Expressway on Wednesday morning.
The driver of the dumper truck, Manjesh, told the police that the accident
occurred as his vehicle's axle broke off. It was around 4 am. The taxi coming
from Manesar side rear-ended his vehicle. At the same time, the car was hit by another
speeding truck coming from behind it. The cab was crushed between the two trucks.

There were two Polish nationals in the cab apart from the driver at the time
of the mishap. The police and the locals took the help of a crane to pull out
the trapped victims.
The deceased are Nafees, the taxi driver, and Michal Majzik (29), the Polak.
The injured Polka, Agnieszka Kacynel (27), has been admitted to Safdarjung hospital
in Delhi. She is out of danger.
The cab was going from Gurugram to Taj Mahal in Agra.
